Adjustments to Notional Amounts. In the event of any change to the capital structure of Parent, whether dilutive or otherwise, by way of a share dividend, share split, or any other similar transaction however described, the number of Forward Purchase Shares, and/or the Per Share Price, as applicable, will be adjusted as necessary to account for such changes.
