Adjustments to Notional Amounts. In the event of any change to the capital structure of the Company, whether dilutive or otherwise, by way of a share dividend, share split, or any other similar transaction however described, the number of Forward Purchase Securities and Backstop Securities, and/or the FPS Purchase Price and Backstop Subscription Amount, as applicable, will be adjusted as necessary to account for such changes.
