Adjustments to Number of Warrants. Concurrently with any adjustment to the Exercise Price under Section 4.01, except to the extent pursuant to Section 4.01(e), the Number of Warrants will be adjusted such that the Number of Warrants in effect immediately following the effectiveness of such adjustment will be equal to the Number of Warrants in effect immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which is the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which is the Exercise Price in effect immediately following such adjustment.
