Common use of Adjustments to Number of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Adjustments to Number of Warrants. Concurrently with any adjustment to the Exercise Price under Section 2 (other than Section 2(b)), the number of Warrant Shares hereunder will be adjusted such that the number of Warrant Shares in effect immediately following the effectiveness of such adjustment will be equal to the number of Warrant Shares in effect immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which is the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment, and (ii) the denominator of which is the Exercise Price in effect immediately following such adjustment.
