Adjustments to the Guaranteed Refund Amount. The adjustment to the guaranteed refund amount shall be: (a) “Adjusted Entrance Fee For A Transfer to a Residence With A Lower Entrance Fee”; multiplied by (b) the guaranteed refund percentage of the initial Residency Agreement, if applicable.

Adjustments to the Guaranteed Refund Amount. The adjustment to the guaranteed refund amount shall be: (a) the “Adjusted Entrance Fee For A a Transfer to a Residence With A Lower Higher Entrance Fee” calculated as the initial Entrance Fee paid at the date of occupancy of the initial Residence plus the additional Entrance Fee to be paid to move to the selected Residence as calculated in (i) above (the “Adjusted Entrance Fee For a Transfer to a Residence With A Higher Entrance Fee”); multiplied by (b) the guaranteed refund percentage of the initial original Residency Agreement, if applicable.
