ADM SUB PATENT RIGHTS. ADM Sub shall have the sole right and authority to file, prosecute and maintain the ADM Sub Patent Rights during the Term at its own expense and using patent counsel of its own choosing. ADM Sub represents that it will continue to file, prosecute and maintain the ADM Sub Patent Rights in accordance with reasonable commercial practices during the Term.
