Administration and Communication. 10.1 Administration will be undertaken by Support Staffordshire or VAST, by their agreement for any new groups 10.2 The relevant Chair will ensure an agenda is produced and circulated at least one week before meetings and receive requests for agenda items.

It is acceptable for THSLL to circulate via email a spreadsheet containing personal contact information (i.e., phone numbers, email addresses) to keep this information private within THSLL and LOA.
Administration and Communication. The PROPERTY OWNER should make every attempt to advise the CITY of such if the PROPERTY is sold. Information should include the new OWNER name and address and phone number. LESSEE should advise the CITY if LESSEE vacates the PROPERTY. The PROPERTY OWNER/LESSEE shall permit authorized representatives of the CITY to inspect the PROPERTY at reasonable times, following reasonable notice, to determine compliance with this AGREEMENT. Deal promptly with all reasonable enquiries raised by the Lessees, including routine management enquiries from the Lessees or their solicitors, and with all reasonable enquiries raised by the Commercial Lessees, Licensees and any Other Occupier to the extent that the enquiry is made in respect of a matter for which the Manager has been appointed.
