Administration and Coordination. 2.1 Maintains appropriate, legible records, ensuring security and confidentiality of all client information.
2.2 Assists with other activities of the Health Service as delegated within the limits of own competence and training.
2.3 Participates in the collection of statistical data as required by the North Metropolitan Area Health Service.
Administration and Coordination. (A) For the purposes of this Agreement, the City shall be represented by the City Manager or his/her designee(s). HMI shall be represented by President of its Board of Directors or his/her designee(s). Designees shall be named by June 1st for the upcoming year to facilitate communication between the parties.
(B) When providing services funded through this Agreement, including but not limited to special events and festivals, HMI shall coordinate directly with all City departments and agencies including, but not limited to, Public Works, Community Development, Police, and Fire and Rescue, for all City services including traffic control, trash collection and removal, security and other public safety needs.
(C) HMI shall have the opportunity to participate (i) in any studies or analysis conducted by the City that involve the business community in the City’s Downtown Historic District, and

CM will provide administrative, management, and related services necessary to administer the PROJECT and to coordinate the work of the Contractor during the Construction Phase of the PROJECT including but not limited to: (a) schedule, coordinate and conduct construction meetings; (b)record, maintain and distribute minutes of construction meetings ; (c) in consultation with the Architect and Contractor, review procedures for the receipt and processing of Submittals with recommendations for improvement, if necessary; (d) in consultation with the DISTRICT, the Architect, and the Contractor review and/or implement procedures for the handling and disposition of the Contractor’s requests for interpretation or clarifications; (e) review and/or establish and implement procedures for the transmittal and receipt of communications, drawings and other information between DISTRICT, CM, Architect and the Contractor relating to PROJECT construction; (f) coordinate activities of the Contractor, Inspector and Test/Inspection Service Providers and other DISTRICT consultants as needed.
Administration and Coordination. 5.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Proposal or specifically agreed in writing by the Commissioning Authority, the Commissioning Authority's obligations under this Agreement do not include direct supervision of contractors or contractors' work under their contracts with the Client but does include responsibility for commenting or reporting on contractor's quality of construction.
5.2 The Commissioning Authority shall only be obliged to the Client for reviewing, commenting and reporting on but not responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures and use of equipment of any nature whatsoever which are employed by the Contractor or the Client's consultants in the performance of their obligations to the Client or for safety precautions and programs incidental thereto.
