Common use of Administration and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Administration and Inspection. (a) This Agreement shall be administered on behalf of the Fort Bend County Tax Assessor/Collector or her designee. Owner and Lessee shall allow employees or other representatives of District who have been designated by the Tax Assessor/Collector to have access to the Real Property and Improvements (during normal business hours) during the term of the Agreement. All regular inspections shall be made only after twenty-four (24) hours prior notice and will be conducted in such a manner as not to unreasonably interfere with the construction and/or operation of the facility. A representative of Owner or Lessee may accompany the inspector.

All regular inspections shall be made only after twenty-four (24) hours prior notice and will be conducted in such a manner as not to unreasonably interfere with the construction and/or operation of the facility. A representative of Owner or Lessee may accompany the inspectorinspector at Owner’s sole discretion.
