Common use of Administration and Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Administration and Interpretation. The Committee has the authority to control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan. Any interpretations of the Plan by the Committee and any decisions made by it under the Plan are final and binding on the Participant and all other persons.

Administration and Interpretation. The Committee has the authority to control and manage the operation and administration of the PlanPlan and to make all interpretations and determinations necessary or appropriate for the administration of the Plan and this Agreement, including the enforcement of any recovery of payments pursuant to Section 8 or otherwise. Any interpretations of the Plan or this Agreement by the Committee and any decisions made by it under the Plan or this Agreement are final and binding on the Participant and all other persons. Any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Plan shall be resolved in favor of the Plan.
