Administration and Investment of Funds. The administration and investment of Partnership funds shall be in accordance with the procedures and guidelines as shall be adopted by the Partnership Governance Committee. The Partnership may delegate to a third party (which may be an Affiliate of one of the Partners) the responsibility for administering and investing Partnership funds pursuant to such guidelines.
