Administration and Servicing of the Contracts. The Company shall provide to Contract owners all Fund reports and updated Fund prospectuses as required under the federal securities laws, provided that Fund or Distributor has delivered copies of such Fund reports and prospectuses to the Company as required by Article III of this Agreement.
