Common use of Administration and Shareholder Servicing Fees Clause in Contracts

Administration and Shareholder Servicing Fees. As compensation for all services provided and expenses paid or assumed by the Management Company under this Agreement, the Trust shall pay the Management Company a monthly fee at an annual rate of 0.25% of the average daily net assets of each class of the Fund or at such lower rate as may be agreed by the parties in writing. The fees for each month shall be payable on the last business day of that calendar month.

Administration and Shareholder Servicing Fees.
