Administration Fee Waiver Clause Samples

An Administration Fee Waiver clause specifies that certain administrative fees, which would normally be charged under the agreement, are reduced or eliminated. In practice, this clause may apply to setup fees, processing charges, or other routine administrative costs, and it can be limited to a specific period or set of circumstances. Its core function is to provide financial relief to one party by waiving fees that might otherwise be a barrier to entering or continuing the contractual relationship.
