Administration of Access. Requests for access to Restricted Material shall be referred to the Donor. Only the Donor, or persons authorized in writing by the Donor, shall be permitted to have access to the Restricted Material, and such access shall be on the conditions set out in the Donor’s authorization (see appendix). The Donor authorizes the Archives to release the Donor’s name, and contact information to persons who wish to request access to restricted material. After [mm/dd/yyyy] the Restricted Material shall be open for public research and examination with no restrictions. In the event that the Donor is unable to act in this matter, either for reasons of incapacity or death, the Archivist shall make a decision regarding access to the papers.
Administration of Access. (a) The Service Provider shall validate the identity of all the employees of the Service Provider who have access to the Client's system. In case of substantiated need, the Service Provider shall inform the Client about the names of the employees of the Service Provider and their necessary and actual level of access to the Client's Information.
(b) The Service Provider shall ensure that the obligations set out in the previous subclause shall be supported by the internal audit data and alert monitoring which shall enable active ascertaining and investigation of any breaches.
