ADMINISTRATION OF COLLECTION. Upon acceptance of this Agreement, NCCI shall issue payment coupons to the BUYER/MAKER, in accordance with the underlying agreement(s) which are the subject of this Agreement, and shall notify BUYER/MAKER to pay the required sums due SELLER/HOLDER to NCCI as collecting agent at X.X. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, or such other address as directed by NCCI.
