Administration of Exchanges of LT10 Shares and LT50 Shares Pursuant to Expensify Charter. For so long as this Agreement remains in effect, the Trustees shall be responsible for managing Exchanges (as defined in the Expensify Charter) pursuant to, and in accordance with, the Expensify Charter.
