Common use of ADMINISTRATION OF LEASE Clause in Contracts

ADMINISTRATION OF LEASE. Lessee agrees to make available to Lessor information concerning the movement of the cars reasonably required for the efficient administration of this Agreement. Lessee agrees to cooperate with Lessor for the purpose of complying with any reasonable requirements of any lender, the Surface Transportation Board, the Registrar General of Canada pursuant to Sections 104 or 105 of the Canada Transportation Act, or the provisions of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code or equivalent Canadian personal property security legislation provided such cooperation does not materially affect the rights or liabilities of Lessee hereunder.
