Common use of ADMINISTRATION OF THIRD PARTY HR CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

ADMINISTRATION OF THIRD PARTY HR CONTRACTS. Where the parties agree pursuant to Clause 7.3.2 or Clause 7.3.3 that a Third Party HR Contract should be administered by Exult Supplier the parties shall agree a suitable Contract Transfer Plan and shall ensure that Exult Supplier takes over administration of the Third Party HR Contract in accordance with Clause 7.3.1 and such Contract Transfer Plan, in the most practicable and efficient manner and with the minimum of disruption to the Client, BPA, the Participating Affiliates and to the provision of the Services. The Contract Transfer Plan shall include the scope of Exult Suppliers' responsibilities relating to its administration role together with the Client's role and responsibilities.
