Common use of Administrative Agent Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay, as are payable from time to time, the Administrative Agent the fees agreed to by the Borrower pursuant to that certain letter dated September 13, 2017 (the “Fee Letter”), or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Administrative Agent Fees.
