Administrative Agent Notification of the Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each applicable Lender with respect to the applicable Tranche (and will use good faith efforts to make such notification on the day such notice is timely received from the applicable Borrower(s)) of the receipt of a Request for Borrowing, a Conversion Notice or a Rollover Notice, the amount of the Borrowing and the amount of such Lender’s Lender Pro Rata Share of the applicable Loans, the date the Borrowing is to be made, the Interest Option selected, the Interest Period selected, if applicable, and the applicable rate of interest.
