Common use of Administrative Agent Protected Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Protected. If, in the opinion of the institution acting as the Administrative Agent hereunder any document required to be executed pursuant to the terms of Section 16(a) affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to it under the Mortgage, the Administrative Agent may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
