Administrative Agent Representations and Warranties. Effective as of the date hereof, the Administrative Agent hereby reaffirms the representations and warranties set forth in Section 7.01 of the Basic Administration Agreement. For purposes of this Section, references in Section 7.01 of the Basic Administration Agreement to "this Agreement" shall be deemed to refer to the Administration Agreement as defined herein.
