Administrative Agent to Act. In case any one or more Events of Default shall occur and be continuing, the Administrative Agent may, and at the direction of the Required Lenders shall, proceed to protect and enforce their rights or remedies either by suit in equity or by action at law, or both, whether for the specific performance of any covenant, agreement or other provision contained herein or in any other Loan Document, or to enforce the payment of the Obligations or any other legal or equitable right or remedy.
Administrative Agent to Act. Each of the parties hereto acknowledges that the Administrative Agent is executing this Agreement for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, and that certain actions required to be taken by the Lenders as Creditors herein may be taken with the Administrative Agent acting in such capacity, and each party hereto agrees that the requirements of Section 3 and the other provisions of this Agreement may be fulfilled by the Lenders as Creditors through the Administrative Agent, as provided herein, in the Credit Agreement or in any other Loan Document (as defined in the Credit Agreement).
