Administrative Agent Waiver Sample Clauses

Administrative Agent Waiver. By its execution of this Joinder Agreement, the Administrative Agent hereby waives the requirement in Section 2.12(a) of the Credit Agreement that written notice by the Borrower of its election to request any New Loan Commitments be not less than ten Business Days prior to the date on which the Borrower proposes that such New Loan Commitments shall become effective.
