Common use of Administrative Agent’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent’s Fees. In addition to all other amounts due to Administrative Agent under the Loan Documents, Borrower will pay fees to Administrative Agent as described in the fee letter dated October 20, 2003 between Administrative Agent and Borrower.

In The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent those fees, in addition to all other amounts due to Administrative Agent under the Loan Documentsfacility fees and utilization fees referenced in Section 2.6(a) and 2.6(b), Borrower will pay fees to Administrative Agent as described in the fee letter dated October 20, 2003 amounts and at the times separately agreed to between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
