Common use of Administrative and Attorneys' Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative and Attorneys' Fees. If Tenant effects a Transfer or requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), plus any reasonable attorneys’ and paralegal fees and costs incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent (whether attributable to Landlord’s in-house attorneys or paralegals or otherwise). Acceptance of the Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) administrative fee and/or reimbursement of Landlord’s attorneys’ and paralegal fees shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

Acceptance of the Five Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($500.00250.00) administrative fee and/or reimbursement of Landlord’s 's attorneys’ ' and paralegal fees shall will in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

The foregoing fee and reimbursements shall not apply if Landlord exercises its first right to sublease or recapture all or a portion of the Premises.

Acceptance of the Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) 500.00 administrative fee and/or and reimbursement of Landlord’s 's attorneys’ ' and paralegal fees shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfertransfer.

If Tenant effects a Transfer transfer as provided for under Section 11.6 herein or requests the consent of Landlord consents to any Transfertransfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord a non-non- refundable administrative fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), plus any consultants', engineers' and reasonable attorneys’ and paralegal fees and costs ' fees, not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer transfer or request for consent (whether attributable to Landlord’s 's in-house attorneys or paralegals or otherwise). Acceptance of the Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) 500.00 administrative fee and/or and reimbursement of Landlord’s 's attorneys’ ' and paralegal fees shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfertransfer.

Acceptance of the Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) administrative fee and/or aforesaid reimbursement of Landlord’s 's attorneys’ ' and paralegal fees shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

Acceptance of the Five Seven Hundred Fifty Dollar ($500.00750.00) administrative fee and/or reimbursement of Landlord’s attorneys’ and paralegal fees shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.
