Administrative and Attorneys' Fees. If Tenant requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer (whether or not such Transfer is consummated), then, upon demand, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), plus any reasonable attorneys’ and paralegal fees and costs, and accountant’s or other consultants’ reasonable fees and costs, incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent (whether attributable to Landlord’s in-house attorneys or paralegals or otherwise).
