Administrative Arrangement. The Competent Authorities of the Parties shall make whatever Administrative Arrangement is necessary from time to time in order to implement this Agreement.

Administrative Arrangement. 1. The Competent Authorities of the Parties shall, by means of an Administrative Arrangement, make whatever arrangements are necessary in order to implement this Agreement. 2. The Competent Authorities shall appoint liaison bodies in the Administrative Arrangement.

The principles of fungibility, equivalence and proportionality shall apply to nuclear material subject to the Agreement and the detailed provisions thereof will be set out in the Administrative Arrangement. 3. An Administrative Arrangement established pursuant to this Article may be amended by written agreement between the appropriate authorities of the Parties.
