Common use of Administrative Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Administrative Arrangement. The Competent Authorities of the Parties shall establish, by means of an Administrative Arrangement, the measures necessary for the implementation of this Agreement. The Competent Authorities shall appoint liaison bodies which are to be listed in the Administrative Arrangement.
