Common use of Administrative Corrections Clause in Contracts

Administrative Corrections. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Administrative Agent and applicable Loan Parties may amend, modify or supplement this Agreement or any other Loan Document to cure or correct administrative errors or omissions, any ambiguity, omission, defect or inconsistency or to effect administrative changes, so long as such amendment, modification or supplement does not adversely affect the rights of any Lender and such amendment shall become effective without any further consent of any other party to such Loan Document; provided that the Administrative Agent shall give each Lender notice of any such amendment, modification or supplement.
