Administrative Designation. The Options awarded on the Initial Grant Date shall be designated as the Series 1 Options; the Options awarded on the Second Grant Date shall be designated as the Series 2 Options; the Options awarded on the Third Grant Date shall be designated as the Series 3 Options; and the Options awarded on the Fourth Grant Date shall be designated as the Series 4 Options.
