Common use of Administrative Duties Clause in Contracts

Administrative Duties. The College will not add administrative duties to any bargaining unit position that would have the effect of removing the position from the bargaining unit without first notifying the Association and, if requested, bargaining over the addition of duties. In the event that the parties are unable to reach agreement through the bargaining process, the dispute will be submitted to the Public Employment Relations Commission for resolution.
