Administrative Fee; Documentation Fee. The Borrowers shall pay to (i) the Agent in advance on the Closing Date and on each anniversary thereof for its own account an administrative fee in the amount set forth in the Fee Letter and (ii) PNC on the Closing Date for its own account an arrangement fee in the amount set forth in the Fee Letter, both of which fees shall be deemed fully earned on each such date.
