Administrative Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent an annual fee as agreed to between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

b. Additionally, some states may require an additional fee be paid directly to the state only on purchases made by Purchasing Entities within that state. For all such requests, the fee level, payment method and schedule for such reports and payments will be incorporated into the Participating Addendum that is made a part of the Master Agreement. The Contractor may adjust the Master Agreement pricing accordingly for purchases made by Purchasing Entities within the jurisdiction of the state. All such agreements shall not affect the NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee percentage or the prices paid by the Purchasing Entities outside the jurisdiction of the state requesting the additional fee. The NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee in subsection 6a shall be based on the gross amount of all sales (less any charges for taxes or shipping) at the adjusted prices (if any) in Participating Addenda.
Administrative Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Bank such administrative fee and other fees, if any, in connection with the Letters of Credit in such amounts and at such times as the Issuing Bank and the Borrower shall agree from time to time.

If your electronic payment is not received by us by its due date or your payment is returned, we may charge you administrative late or nonpayment fees equal to the lesser of (i) $5.00 per month, or (ii) the maximum amount permitted under applicable law. If your EFT Payment or Card Payment fails to be honored by your bank or other financial institution, we may charge you a collection fee equal to the lesser of (i) $15.00, or (ii) the maximum amount permitted under applicable law. You acknowledge that these fees are not interest or finance charges and are reasonably related to the actual expenses we incur due to non-payment.

Administrative Fees. The Company shall remit to FCIC all administrative fees collected in accordance with the applicable eligible crop insurance contract and the following:
(1) In the event the policyholder is a limited resource xxxxxx as defined in the regulations, the Company shall submit the required information to FCIC and FCIC will waive the applicable fees on the monthly settlement report.
(2) The Company shall terminate eligible crop insurance contracts if administrative fees are not paid by the date specified in the applicable eligible crop insurance contract for CAT coverage and report such termination to FCIC in accordance with FCIC procedures.
(3) FCIC will perform debt collection activities for CAT administrative fees that have not been timely paid, provided the Company has followed FCIC procedures.

Administrative Fees. Without affecting the approved Product or Service prices or discounts specified in the Master Agreement and this Participating Addendum, the State of Iowa shall be entitled to receive a one percent (1.00%) administrative fee on all sales made within the State of Iowa against this agreement. Administrative Fees. If the City in its sole discretion, determines that administration of the program will require the services of an outside entity or contractor that charges a fee for administering DCAP and MCAP deductions and reimbursements, participating unit members shall be responsible for paying that fee.
