NASPO ValuePoint Fee. Contractor shall pay to NASPO ValuePoint, or its assignee, a NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee of one-quarter of one percent (0.25% or 0.0025) no later than sixty (60) days following the end of each calendar quarter. The NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee must be submitted quarterly and is based on all sales of products and services under the Master Agreement (less any charges for taxes or shipping). The NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee is not negotiable. This fee is to be included as part of the pricing submitted with a vendor’s response to the Lead State’s solicitation.
NASPO ValuePoint Fee. Contractor shall pay to NASPO ValuePoint, or its assignee, a NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee of one-quarter of one percent (0.25% or 0.0025) with a maximum fee of $2000 on purchase orders for one (1) truck. For purchase orders of two (2) or more trucks, the maximum fee will be $1500 per truck due no later than sixty (60) days following the end of each calendar quarter. 5.2.1.1 Contractor will report on all Usage Based Equipment sales, and on Usage Based or Life Cycle Service and Supply sales. This method will no longer require the Contractor to capture the actual Service and Supply revenues that are billed to the customer each month.
5.2.1.2 Industry research has shown close to a 1:1 ratio between sales price on a piece of Equipment and the actual amount of Service and Supply costs required to operate that Equipment over its Useful Life. Therefore, to simplify the reporting process and remove the burden to capture the actual Service and Supply costs, the Contractor may report as follows:
