Administrative Organisation Clause Samples
The Administrative Organisation clause defines how the management and oversight of a contract or project will be structured. It typically outlines the roles and responsibilities of key personnel, the reporting hierarchy, and the procedures for decision-making and communication between parties. For example, it may specify who acts as the primary contact, how meetings are scheduled, and how records are maintained. This clause ensures that all parties understand the administrative framework, promoting efficient coordination and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding project administration.
Administrative Organisation. In order to ensure a coherent and well-organised structure and implementation of the project, it consists of six work packages (WP). Every work package is under the responsibility of one WP leader balancing the leadership between different partners from the EU and AC. The WP leaders will be responsible for the implementation of the respective work package including the elaboration of the deliverables and its submission to the Project Coordinator as well as for the reporting of the activities carried out within the work package. Furthermore, the WP leaders are responsible for the communication within the respective work packages, across various work packages and for the communication with the Coordinator. They have to monitor the implementation of the tasks and the quality of the work and to ensure the respect of the time-schedule. The WP leaders will report to the Coordinator and the Project Steering Board on the progress of the activities in the work packages. The work packages are subdivided into a number of tasks and subtasks, which are in turn related to concrete activities and deliverables. Each task will be organised by a task leader and executed with the help of the consortium partners attributed to the task. Every task in the work package will be handled with a significant degree of autonomy by the task leader. The work of the task leaders is crucial to the project since they will be responsible for the organisation of the work in the task and for the preparation of the deliverables in time and in good quality. The task leaders will report to the respective work package leaders. Due to their strong involvement in the planning and implementation of S&T programmes in terms of programme managers the Russian project partners are essential for • preparing the proper analytical ground for gaining knowledge on and access to Russian programme owners, • identifying barriers and threats caused by Russian administrative regulations and • developing scenarios for joint programmatic approaches. Their participation is an asset for the successful implementation of the ERA-NET. At a later stage, additional Russian programme owners, which are ready to participate in the Pilot Joint Call, will be integrated in the consortium on a subcontract basis (see chapter B2.3). 1 PT-DLR Germany Project Coordinator WP leader of WP5/W6 WP1 – WP6 2 CNRS France WP leader of WP3 WP1, WP2, WP3, WP5, WP6 3 BMWF Austria WP1 – WP6 4 ZSI Austria WP leader of WP1 WP2 – WP6 5 NKTH Hungary...
