Common use of Administrative Penalty Clause in Contracts

Administrative Penalty. 24. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $72,169 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2422. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $72,169 25,000 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2423. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $72,169 15,000. Respondent shall make an initial payment of $7,500 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII X below, of this CA/FO.. The remaining three payments will be made every 120 days per the terms included in Attachment A.

Administrative Penalty. 2432. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), ) Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $72,169 within thirty (30) calendar days of 139,753, pursuant to the Effective Date, as defined terms in Section XIII below, of this CA/FOAttachment #1.

Administrative Penalty. 2425. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of twenty-three thousand one hundred six dollars ($72,169 23,106) within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2435. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent Respondents shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of one hundred twenty-nine thousand forty-eight dollars ($72,169 129,048) within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2429. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $72,169 94,000 within thirty sixty (3060) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII below, Date of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2430. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section section 309(g)) of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of one hundred twenty-seven thousand eight hundred twenty-one dollars ($72,169 127,821) within thirty ninety (3090) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2428. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section § 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $72,169 59,908 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2421. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $72,169 39,000 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2422. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g)) of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of fifty thousand and nineteen dollars ($72,169 50,019) within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section XIII X below, of this CA/FO.
