Administrative, Programmatic and Financial Management Requirements. SUBRECIPIENT shall establish and maintain administrative, programmatic and financial management systems and records in accordance with federal and State of California requirements. This provision requires, at a minimum, that SUBRECIPIENT comply with the following non-exclusive list of regulations commonly applicable to DHS grants, as applicable to this Agreement and the Grant Plan:
