Common use of Administrative Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Administrative Services Agreement. On the date of this Agreement, the Company and the Sponsor shall have executed and delivered to the Underwriters an Administrative Services Agreement (the “Services Agreement”), substantially in the form annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement, pursuant to which an affiliate of the Sponsor will make available to the Company office space administrative services including office space, utilities, secretarial and administrative support for $10,000 per month. Upon completion of the Business Combination, the Company will cease paying such monthly fees.
