ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM. Security Benefit represents and warrants to Investment Services and Price Associates that it has implemented the administrative systems and procedures necessary to issue, underwrite for insurance purposes, service and administer the Contracts and administer the Separate Accounts in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
