Administrative Tasks. PAS is hereby appointed to perform the administrative tasks set forth on Schedule 2 attached to this Agreement, as such Schedule 2 may be amended from time to time (the “Administrative Tasks”). PAS, acting in such capacity, is referred to herein as the “Administrative Manager”. The Administrative Manager shall perform the Administrative Tasks subject to the direction and control of the Management Committee.
(a) The Administrative Manager agrees to perform the Administrative Tasks in a prudent and efficient manner and in accordance with its fiduciary duties as a General Partner. Notwithstanding any provisions of this SECTION 8.10 to the contrary, the Administrative Manager shall not be entitled to make any decisions or take any actions on behalf of the Partnership that require the majority vote of the Management Committee or the Limited Partners in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or that would cause a violation of any provisions of the Loan Documents. In addition, if one or more members of the Management Committee advises the Administrative Manager that any decision or action required to perform an Administrative Task is to be delayed pending the prior review of, and approval by, the Management Committee, then the Administrative Manager shall not make such decision or take such action until a decision is made by the Management Committee.
(b) The Administrative Manager shall be responsible for all of the “Costs” that it incurs in performing the Administrative Tasks and shall not be entitled to be reimbursed for any of such Costs unless the amount of such Costs is extraordinary and the reimbursement of such Costs is approved by the Management Committee. Any such extraordinary Cost reimbursement shall only be made from and to the extent of any distributions that are made to the Partnership pursuant to Section 3.5 (e) (ii) (x) (D) of the Disbursement Agreement. For purposes of this SECTION 8.10, the term “Costs” shall include labor, overhead, travel and any other direct out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with the performance of the Administrative Tasks, but shall not include any third party or out-of-pocket costs that are not incurred in connection with the performance of the Administrative Tasks, including by way of example and not by way of limitation, any costs for legal, auditing and tax advice for the Partnership, which excluded costs shall be reimbursed by the Partnership, subject, however, to the limitations contained in the Loan Docu...
Administrative Tasks. If a Guest Teacher is available to provide 31 coverage, then employees that are Classroom Instructional Staff or 32 Non- Classroom Instructional Staff, as defined in Appendix C, may be 33 assigned by an immediate supervisor to provide support or assistance 34 with lesson plans, grading of assignments, planning and scheduling of 35 meeting, attendance at meetings, parent contact, or other 36 administrative tasks. Employees will receive supplemental pay at their 37 regular rate of pay (hourly rate) for one (1) hour per day of 38 administrative tasks. Specialist, Exceptional Student Education (Staffing) 39 may provide support or assistance with administrative tasks in 40 situations where a guest teacher is not providing coverage.
Administrative Tasks. 4.3.1 County shall:
a. Facilitate all required logistics, including scheduling, room reservations, hardware, etc. needed for workshops and training;
b. Provide follow-up written comments to Contractor when necessary within three business days following review sessions;
c. Provide workshop/training facilities on-site. Contractor will be provided reasonable access to the training/workshop facilities, such as the building, room, and hardware;
d. Provide enterprise account privileges and passwords to Contractor as needed; and
e. Provide a work space and a computer when Contractor is working on-site.
Administrative Tasks. The Contractor shall perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to, printing and distribution of materials; pre-registration, on-site registration, and check-in; tracking of attendance and completion (for use by the State and Participants’ districts in order to provide a $1000 stipend to each Participant), and other tasks as requested by the State. The State will recruit Participants, secure Course Two sites, and identify a point of contact for the Contractor to work with at each site. The Contractor shall provide the State with administrative support necessary for successful completion of these tasks, including timely communication with the State and coordination with other contractors as necessary and as authorized by the State.
Administrative Tasks. In addition to Article 12 - Job Descriptions, Employees will be informed of any administrative tasks that may be required in their normal duties. Such tasks that are not otherwise specified in job descriptions will be assigned according to equitable norms.
Administrative Tasks. Administrative tasks associated with providing Services will not be compensable. This includes, but is not limited to: any aspect of Consultant’s or any Subconsultants’/Subcontractors’’ invoicing; payroll; receptionist; Human Resources; photocopying; document control and clerical.
Administrative Tasks. This section details administrative tasks that can be performed in order to manage the Field Portal. All system administration for the Field Portal is handled through the Manage Center. An administrator from Chula Vista will be provided with user credentials for the Field Portal application during the implementation process. Additional users can be created by the administrator as needed. Permissions can be assigned on a per-user basis; permissions govern the functionality available to a given user.

Administrative Tasks. The Broker shall assist the State with ongoing program operation; policy and procedures development and review; participate in various meetings, such as monthly status meetings with FSSA and related contractors; and convene a monthly quality improvement committee, and invite the State to such meetings. The Broker shall adhere to reporting requirements included in this Contract.
