Order of Precedence. For purchase transactions under this Contract, the order of precedence shall be as follows: this Contract; Appendix A, Standard Terms and Conditions For Products and Related Services Contracts; Appendix B, Vendor’s Historically Underutilized Businesses Subcontracting Plan; Appendix C, Pricing Index; Exhibit 1, Vendor’s Response to RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-398, including all addenda; and Xxxxxxx 0, XXX XXX-XXX-XXX-000, including all addenda; are incorporated by reference and constitute the entire agreement between DIR and Vendor governing purchase transactions. In the event of a conflict between the documents listed in this paragraph related to purchases, the controlling document shall be this Contract, then Appendix A, then Appendix B, then Appendix C, then Exhibit 1, and finally Exhibit 2. In the event and to the extent any provisions contained in multiple documents address the same or substantially the same subject matter but do not actually conflict, the more recent provisions shall be deemed to have superseded earlier provisions.
Order of Precedence. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and the Special Terms and Conditions of this Contract or any Program Agreement, the inconsistency or conflict shall be resolved by giving precedence to these General Terms and Conditions. Terms or conditions that are more restrictive, specific, or particular than those contained in the General Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as being inconsistent or in conflict.
Order of Precedence. In the event of any conflict, contradiction, or ambiguity between the terms and conditions of this Agreement in respect of the Products or Services and any attachments to this Agreement, then the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail over attachments or other writings.

Order of Precedence. If a conflict occurs between this Agreement and any Appendix, Exhibit or Schedule, unless otherwise specifically stated in the Appendices, Exhibits or Schedules, the order of precedence shall be:
(i) First, this Agreement;
(ii) Second, Schedule I and the Appendices thereto; and
(iii) Third, any other Appendix, Exhibit or Schedule. provided, however, that this Agreement shall control if a conflict occurs between this Agreement and any Appendix, Exhibit or Schedule and the NAV Error Policy, except as expressly set forth in the NAV Error Policy.

Please note that, in the case of any discrepancy between this contract and any of the above noted appendices, the requirement(s) detailed within the body of this contract shall take first precedence, then the requirement(s) detailed within each appendix shall take precedence in the order that they are listed above (meaning, the requirement(s) detailed within the lower listed item may not overrule any requirement(s) detailed within a higher listed item).

Order of Precedence. If there are conflicting provisions among the documents that make up the Agreement, the order of precedence for interpretation of the Agreement is as follows:
i. Standard Grant Agreement
ii. Attachments other than Attachment 1, in numerical order as designated in the Standard Grant Agreement
iii. Attachment 1, Standard Terms and Conditions
iv. The Exhibits in the order designated in the Standard Grant Agreement
