Common use of Administrative Trustees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Trustees. The initial Administrative Trustees shall be: ------------------------------- ------------------------------- (a) Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement and except if a meeting of the Administrative Trustees is called in accordance with Section 5.9 with respect to any matter over which the Administrative Trustees have power to act, any power of the Administrative Trustees may be exercised by, or with the consent of, any one such Administrative Trustee. (b) Unless otherwise determined by the Administrative Trustees in accordance with Section 5.9, and except as otherwise required by the Delaware Statutory Trust Act or applicable law, any Administrative Trustee is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust any documents which the Administrative Trustees have the power and authority to cause the Trust to execute pursuant to Section 3.6.
