Common use of Administrative Violations Clause in Contracts

Administrative Violations. If Seller receives any finding, order, complaint, citation or notice prior to the Closing Date which states that any aspect of the Station's operations violates any rule or regulation of the Commission or of any other governmental authority (an "Administrative Violation"), including without limitation any rule or regulation concerning environmental protection, the employment of labor, or equal employment opportunity, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of the Administrative Violation, remove or correct the Administrative Violation, and be responsible for the payment of all costs associated therewith, including any fines or back pay that may be assessed.
