Administrator Compensation Sample Clauses

The Administrator Compensation clause defines how and when the administrator of an agreement will be paid for their services. It typically outlines the specific fees, payment schedule, and any reimbursable expenses that the administrator is entitled to receive. For example, the clause may state that the administrator receives a fixed monthly fee or a percentage of assets managed, and detail how invoices should be submitted and paid.
