ADMINISTRATOR Data Usage. 19 a. All ADMINISTRATOR data accessed by or in possession of the CONTRACTOR is to 20 remain confidential and may not be used or disclosed to anyone unless permitted or required by contract 21 or law.
22 b. All ADMINISTRATOR data accessed by or in possession of the CONTRACTOR will 23 employ appropriate safeguards to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure during both transmission 24 and storage.
