Administrator-Initiated Transfer Due to Reduction in Staff. An administrator-initiated transfer to accommodate a staff reduction at a school, site, or district-wide program may be initiated by the building/site administrator or by the Superintendent or his/her designee. Prior to initiating a transfer under this provision, administration will take the following steps.
