Common use of Administrator License Clause in Contracts

Administrator License. Subject to the provisions of Section 6, Customer hereby grants Administrator (and Permitted Subcontractors) a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify, enhance, copy, publish, transmit, perform, display, create derivative works from and otherwise use Customer Information solely to the extent necessary to perform the Services under this Agreement. Except as expressly authorized in writing by Administrator, Customer shall not be entitled to access any Administrator Software.
