Administrator or Plan Administrator. The Administrator of the Plan, as defined in ERISA section 3(16)(A) and Code section 414(g), shall be the Company, which may delegate all or any part of its powers, duties and authorities in such capacity (without ceasing to be the Administrator of the Plan) as hereinafter provided.
